Facilities

We offer 7 independent bungalows with a capacity of 1 to 8 people. All have a kitchen area equipped with a small gas stove, refrigerator, cutlery, utensils and a coffee maker. Except in bungalows 1 and 4, the kitchen is always Caribbean type, open to the outside where is the dining area. There is a bathroom with shower (and hot water), a sink and a toilet. All units are equipped with a safe, mosquito nets and fans.
Sheets and towels are provided and changed every 3 days.Cleaning is also done every 3 days. On arrival we provide you with a bar of soap, toilet paper, and a bottle of water. Their renewal and other supplies are at your expense.
Wifi, renovated in 2019, is free and accessible everywhere.
A gas griddle and barbecues are also available. We ask you to clean it after use.
A guard is present during the day, the residence is closed at night (but you have a key to come and go at your convenience) and we have a set of 12 surveillance cameras that operate around the property around the clock. br> Parking inside the residence is at your disposal, as well as a shelter for scooters.
You have access to the swimming pool where you will find sun loungers and armchairs. Bath towels are not provided. A small bar is sometimes open at night or at your request.

The residence San Ferreol remains one of the cheapest accommodation in Las Terrenas, especially with such a location, a pool and some new facilities, but it is a place "roots" and "backpacker" and my goal is to preserve these characteristics.

Las Terrenas

Life is particularly quiet in Las Terrenas, with beautiful beaches very well maintained, the village of fisherman, boats and coconut trees, nothing is missing from the postcard. Las Terrenas and its dozens of kilometers of white sand beaches, bathed by a water with turquoise reflections, benefit from an ideal temperature, protected by a reef of coral.
