A few steps from the sea and beaches on one side, and the center of the village with its shops on the other, the Residence San Ferreol is ideally located. It is an area of charm and greenery far enough from the street to be extremely quiet, quiet and quiet.

#SANFERREOL

The residence San Ferreol remains one of the cheapest accommodation in Las Terrenas, especially with such a location, a pool and some new facilities, but it is a place "roots" and "backpacker" and my goal is to preserve these characteristics.

The Dominican Republic is a country with more than 10 million inhabitants in a territory of 48,442 square kilometers (nearly four times the size of the Île-de-France region and roughly equivalent to the area of Costa Rica ). Its coveted shores are bordered by the Caribbean Sea to the south and by the Atlantic Ocean to the north. Since 2016, six million visitors and more than 830,000 cruise passengers travel to the Dominican Republic each year.

This land, which the Dominicans call Quisqueya (the mother of all lands), gives rise to a superlative outbidding. It was once the first colonial settlement of the New World. It is here that Christopher Columbus first sets foot in America in 1492. It is on these fertile lands full of gold that he will establish his only residence in the region. Subsequently, the Spanish Crown will make its headquarters, a real launching pad that will allow it to conquer the rest of the Caribbean and North America. Today, the first city of the Americas is the capital of the Dominican Republic, a prosperous city whose inhabitants wish to preserve the magnificent historical legacy and colonial architecture bequeathed to them.

Las Terrenas

Life is particularly quiet in Las Terrenas, with beautiful beaches very well maintained, the village of fisherman, boats and coconut trees, nothing is missing from the postcard. Many have already come on holiday, one or more times, before putting their bags. Las Terrenas and its dozens of kilometers of white sand beaches, bathed by a water with turquoise reflections, benefit from an ideal temperature, protected by a reef of coral. Offshore, the islets of Las Ballenas punctuate the horizon.
